WOW!!! How have we gone from this:

To this in such a fast amount of time:

As everyone says, "It flies by." Camp is 6 months. He is 28 weeks old.I'm behind on my posting. Highlights of his life are as follows:
-17.4 lbs
-27 inches long
-Size 2 diaper
-Wears 9 month clothes and sometimes 12 months.
-4 8oz bottles a day
-He has been eating baby food twice a day but we just started this week eating 3 times a day.
-He has two teeth.
-He rolls around everywhere. We can't keep him still. Hence the pictures.
-He talks all the time.
-He smiles all the time.
-Wherever we go everyone thinks he looks just like Blake.
-He can't fit in his lamb bouncy chair anymore. He doesn't like his swing anymore.
-He loves his jump and grow bouncy toy and still loves his soft gym.
-He still loves to suck his thumb.
-He has more brown hair.
-The color of his eyes is still a mystery. We're thinking green. They are not blue and not brown.
-He's a wonderful traveler. I guess it's because we travel so much. The month of September we spent every weekend away from home.
-We've lowered his crib.
-He can sit up but sometimes falls over.
-He loves to cuddle in the mornings.
-Still doesn't take that many naps at daycare but always takes a nap at 6:00pm. Then sleeps through the night. Usually sleeps from 8pm to 7am or 8am.
-He's almost ready to crawl. He moves his legs but either goes backwards or no where at all.
-He loves to chew on everything; especially his feet!
-No one makes him smile like Blake and Trixie. He loves to watch Trixie and try to pet her when he can.
What has mom learned:
-Feeding a baby can be messy. Babies really do spit food back out on you! That's not just in the movies. That's real life.
-Once a baby starts rolling everywhere, it becomes a "workout" trying to put a diaper and/or clothes on them.
-Finally Camp will lay his head on my shoulder and that just melts my heart!
-Baby weight really is 9 months up and 9 months down. I've come to realize that some parts of my body will never be the same. My hips don't lie!! It's so worth it for the miracle I get to hold and kiss everyday.
-Don’t try to feed a baby food with a bottle around. Camp will not even eat his food if he sees his bottle. He will want the bottle and not eat his food.
-The ultimate crib sheet is a blessing!! This sheet has saved me numerous times from having to wash Camp’s entire bedding.
