Camp at 18 months:
-Size 24 month clothes and 18 month pants.
-Size 5 diaper
-Drinks milk all day but is the pickiest eater now. Camp will not eat vegetables. Drives me crazy!! Once in a while I can sneak them in his food, but most of the time he will eat around the vegetables I try to sneak in. He loves bananas, blueberries, yogurt, mac-n-cheese and pastas.
-He loves to climb.
-He loves books. He constantly wants you to sit with him to read.
-He loves the i-pad a little too much.
-He loves music and dancing.
-He enjoys talking and is getting better at it. His favorite words are mommie, shoe, doggie and cookie. His favorite phrase is, "oh yeah." Oh, and he loves to call me Trisha-no clue why. He's gotten better at Trixie as well. She's no longer Grixie.
-He loves to throw balls.
-One of his favorite things is to fist boom people. He also loves to tell everyone bye, bye.
-He enjoys being outside more than inside.
-His dad is his favorite person in the world.
-He cuddles only in the morning time.
-He wakes up between 7:30am and 8am. He's in bed by 8pm.
-He loves to try to repeat what you say.
-He only takes an afternoon nap.
-Still a great traveler.
-Loves shoes. He likes to go in my closet and get my shoes out.
-Loves to watch Sesame Street, especially Elmo.
-Loves bath time and did I mention he gets dirty a lot!!
-Loves balls and especially throwing them.
-I've decided that this age is the most fun. He's just so cute and funny. He gets so excited and just screams. His personality is really starting to show through. By the way, he's a gentle giant.
-I've really stressed about Camp not eating vegetables. I've come to realize that I just can't. Toddlers are constantly in learning mode and picky. Everyday Camp is becoming more and more independent. Some meal times he chooses just not to eat. I simply just have to be ok with that. I have to keep providing healthy food and eventually (may be like at age 5) he'll choose a veggie!!! (Yes, I repeat this to myself every time he throws the veggie on the floor-ha!!)
